ABOUT THE ROLE

Skillex is seeking a detail-oriented Monitoring Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring systems and processes to ensure optimal performance and reliability.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

System Monitoring:

Continuously monitor systems and applications to identify any issues or irregularities.

Incident Response:

Respond promptly to incidents and alerts, troubleshooting issues as they arise.

Collaboration:

Work closely with technical teams to resolve issues and enhance system efficiency.

Data Analysis:

Analyze performance data to detect trends and areas for improvement.

Reporting:

Prepare and present regular reports on system performance and user interactions to management.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS

Proven Experience:

Prior experience in a monitoring role.

Technical Proficiency:

Familiarity with monitoring tools and systems, as well as basic IT troubleshooting skills.

Database Skills:

Communication Skills:

Effective written communication skills.

Attention to Detail:

Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate monitoring and reporting.

Language Skills:

Proficiency in both Armenian and English is required.
