ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a talented Front-End Developer to join our dynamic team. This role is essential for creating and maintaining engaging user interfaces for our web applications. As a Front-End Developer at Skillex, you will work closely with our design and development teams to ensure a seamless and high-quality user experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Build and sustain interactive and responsive user-facing features for our web applications using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Assess and implement UI/UX designs effectively, ensuring they are technically feasible and meet project requirements.
  • Follow industry standards and best practices to ensure high-quality and performant development work.
  • Keep abreast of emerging front-end technologies and best practices to continually enhance your skills and contribute to the team’s growth.
  • Design and develop reusable components and front-end libraries to improve efficiency and consistency in future projects.
  • Contribute to code reviews to maintain code quality, facilitate knowledge sharing, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Partner with designers, back-end developers, and other stakeholders to deliver well-integrated and cohesive solutions.
  • Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability, ensuring they perform efficiently across various environments.
  • Identify and resolve issues to enhance application performance and improve the overall user experience.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Demonstrated experience as a front-end developer with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
  • Expertise in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with experience in modern front-end frameworks such as React.
  • Strong understanding of web development best practices and principles, including mobile development techniques.
  • Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling.
  • Experience with version control systems like Git to manage and collaborate on code effectively.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively as part of a team, contributing to a collaborative environment.
  • Proficiency in both Russian and English.
