ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Digital Marketing / SEO Specialist to join our dynamic team. This mid-level position is crucial for driving our online presence, enhancing brand visibility, and supporting the Digital Marketing Managers. You will play a key role in managing our social media accounts, executing SEO strategies, conducting competitor research, and improving overall digital marketing performance.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and implement effective SEO strategies, including content optimization and link-building initiatives, to drive organic traffic and improve search engine rankings.
- Study competitors’ social media profiles, identifying trends and tactics to adapt to our strategy.
- Conduct in-depth keyword research to identify opportunities for on-page SEO improvements.
- Create, schedule, and post engaging content aligned with brand voice, designed to enhance visibility and user interaction.
- Develop and execute link-building strategies aimed at acquiring high-quality backlinks; identify and pursue outreach opportunities.
- Assist with content creation, proofreading, and publishing blog posts using WebStorm or VS Code. Basic knowledge of HTML is essential.
- Use Google Analytics, Search Console, and other SEO tools to monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and report on progress.
- Work closely with the design team to create visuals for social media, website updates, and blog posts (some experience with basic design tools like Canva, Figma, or Photoshop is a plus).
- Provide recommendations to improve website performance, traffic, and user engagement based on data-driven insights.
- Analyze social media metrics and website performance data to measure the success of digital marketing efforts.
- Conduct competitive analysis to identify gaps in content, SEO, and overall digital marketing strategy, suggesting actionable improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop marketing campaigns that align with business objectives.
- Develop and execute creative social media strategies to increase engagement and grow followers, particularly on LinkedIn and Twitter (X).
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing and SEO, preferably in a mid-level role.
- Written and verbal communication skills in English (minimum B1-B2 proficiency).
- Understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, PPC, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and web analytics.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, and other SEO and social media monitoring tools.
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic HTML skills for content management and on-page optimization (experience with WebStorm or similar tools preferred).
